Simple and sweet: this is a reliable unit which is so-far without faults or hiccups, and has no issues with my MacBook Pro recognizing and utilizing peripherals, displays, cards, sticks, and HDD bricks.It doesn't seem to get as hot as many other small-sized units, but it does warm up. It handles everything I've thrown at it, but I haven't attempted to stress-test its upper limits. I am pleased with its performance!

I have had very good success with this dock and my setup. I am using it with a Razer Blade 16 and an attached 34" ultrawide monitor. I am using multiple USB ports and the network port. The dock has been in use for a few months and is rock solid reliable. My PC recognizes the monitor and other peripherals immediately after plugging in.I tried this dock because I was not happy with my dell WD19TB3. Sometimes my laptop would not recognize the monitor and I would have to shuffle unplugging and plugging things in until it did. With this dock I have had no issues.It also looks good on my desk and is a small form factor. The power block isn't massive as well.Overall I am very satisfied with it and its performance, especially for the price!

Make sure to pair this with a USB-C to HDMI or DP. But I'm using this for my work from home station and having 2 extra monitors is wonderful. Charging brick is huge tho. I mean HUGE! I just tucked it away some where on the desk.

The sleek design also looks great on a desk and doesn't take up too much space given the slim profile. The visual as well as functional design is very modern too, looking great next to the computer and allowing a pretty robust set of inputs, with the visual transmission coming through one of the USB-C and display ports. Having an HDMI input would've been nice but there are many adapters available if you need to retrofit an older monitor to work with the unit. The unit provides a pretty versatile set of inputs on top of that, with adequate USB inputs an ethernet port and a couple SD inputs, which is plenty adequate for my needs.Overall, this is a great product and I would recommend.

This laptop dock provides loads of resources for professionals that need higher power or speeds for work efficiency. This really comes in handy when I am video or audio editing and need some power to speed up the process. The form factor is pocket size, which is great since I am constantly traveling for work and can take this with me on every project I head out for.The DisplayPort support is very useful for when I have access to a second monitor and can maximize my efficiency. The ethernet support is also great for when I have close access to the router and can get some faster speeds. The ports provide charging support for all of my devices easily, including the peripherals like the mouse and headset that I travel with. Regardless of which device I need to charge, this dock provides support for it at 60W and get the charge done quickly. The peace of mind this provides me when I’m traveling to be able to use a workspace that resembles my home office is amazing and I would recommend this for anyone that finds themselves traveling often like me!

I got this to work with my Mac Mini 2020. I connected it to the USB4/TB3 connector. The speed is decent, and able to support pretty much most of the devices. The passthrough speed is decent, but not as fast as connected to the Mac Mini directly. So far so good, helps to give me extra USB ports for different devices.

So far this thing is performing exceptionally. It is a strange dock in that it has no HDMI ports. You can run video out of the USB see or the display port or both. It limits you to a total of 8K resolution. So you can do 8K over one or two 4K.USB-C tends to be what Mac users are using and DisplayPort is what a lot of professional uses but it’s not as consumer friendly for sure. That tells me that this dock is aimed at professionals.I definitely appreciate the three USB-3 ports and the fact that it takes memory cards that I never see supported in other docks, XQD and CFast. There are photographers around that still use these cards. This again tells me that this dock was mostly aimed at professionals.It is fast. It is very fast. I get full thunderbolt speeds when I’m running this pretty much as fast as my devices are able to deliver. The speed bonus is definitely noticeable when I am down loading videos for my fastest cards. Also through my absolute fastest thunderbolt SSDs.I like the form factor of this dock too, it is compact and slim. And so far it has performed extremely well. It gives 60 W available to charge over PD which leaves plenty of power for plugged in peripheral’s. It doesn’t take this thing very long to get warm however and I definitely have concerns over it’s long-term durability. It hasn’t gotten really hot yet but I’ve definitely seen some docs get up to scorching temperatures. I’ve only running on a single 4K monitor so far so I haven’t taxed it capabilities completely yet.My biggest concern over these kinds of docs is that I see a lot of them fail at around the year point. And then a bunch more after around two years. I don’t know if it’s the heat or the design of the USB-C ports themselves, but I’ve taken to be very careful when I plug and unplug USB-C connectors. In fact I use a lot of magnetic inserts these days to create my own version of magna save. This puts much less stress on the board inside and the ports themselves. If the inserts go bad, they are cheap to replace.I would still like to have seen a HDMI option on here. Even if it was a mini or a micro. I’m pretty happy with the doc so far but will definitely keep an eye on its performance and viability for long-term use. It’s somewhat portable so you could put this in your laptop case although the power adapter takes up a bit of space. It’s a barrel connector so you can’t use your laptops power connector to power the dock.I’m going to give it four stars because of its price and the lack of HDMI but I’m still pretty happy with it. I will keep the review updated.
