- Domestic: We ship across the USA, including APO and FPO facilities.
- Restrictions: We do not ship to individual P.O. Boxes.
- International & Non-Contiguous US: For orders to Hawaii, Alaska, or international destinations, customers must provide a valid carrier account (FedEx, UPS, or DHL). Please contact our sales team at sales@siig.com to complete these orders.
Expedited shipping is unavailable for:
- Over-sized shipments.
- Orders exceeding 200 lbs (90kg).
- Orders requiring special handling.
- Please allow an additional 48 business hours for processing.
- Delivery Schedule: Deliveries occur Monday–Friday. Overnight request placed on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday (the next business day).
Upon delivery, please verify that all details match your invoice.
Visible Damage: You may refuse the shipment. Clearly note the refusal on the carrier’s receipt and submit Return & RMA form within 48 hours.
Concealed Damage: If you accept a package and later find internal damage, you must submit Return & RMA form within 48 hours.
Refusal Fee: A 5% administrative fee and the original shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund, unless the refusal is due to a SIIG error or visible shipping damage.
Please be advised that the 5% administrative fee is not reflected as a separate item on your original sales invoice.
How the Fee is Applied: The 5% administrative fee is calculated based on siig.com return-refund-warranty policy the total order value. This amount will be automatically deducted from your total refund at the time of processing. This fee covers non-recoverable merchant service charges and credit card processing fees incurred by SIIG during the original transaction.
