A4: You're using a single display KVM switch, which means it can only handle one monitor at a time. That's why your mouse cursor can't seem to move to the extra display.

Visit the download page for your KVM switch and update the firmware to disable the mouse traversal function.
For CE-KV0D11-S1 or CE-KV0F11-S1 models or if you don't want to update the firmware:
Try connecting your mouse to a USB port on the front of your computer. This might prevent the mouse traversal from being triggered.
