Q1: If i were to run 3 1080p monitors at 60hz each and be using only 36% bandwidth, wouldn't i be able to run 3 1080p at 120hz and be using 72% bandwidth?

A2: When connected to a DisplayPort 1.4 graphics card, you can run 3 1080p monitors at 120hz each. DisplayPort 1.4 has a maximum total data rate of 25.92Gbit/s, one 1080p monitor at 120Hz data rate needs 6.59Gbit/s, and 3 1080p monitors at 120hz can use 19.77Gbit/s data rate (76%). For more "DP data rate bandwidth", please refer to DisplayPort Wikipedia.
Q2: If I can run 3 4k monitors 30hz ea, can I then run 3 2k monitors 60hz ea?

A2: When connected to a DP 1.4 graphics card, you can run 3 2K monitors at 60hz each. DP 1.4 has a maximunm total data rate of 25.92Gbit/s, one 2K monitor at 60Hz data rate needs 5.63Gbit/s, and 3 2K monitors at 60hz can use 16.89Gbit/s data rate (65%). Q3: Is it support G-Sync or FreeSync?
Q3: Is it support G-Sync or FreeSync?
A3: Yes, it supports G-Sync and FreeSync, they are pass-through.
Q4: Does the MST Hub Splitter support 21:9 or 32:9 ultrawide resolution?
Q4: Does the MST Hub Splitter support 21:9 or 32:9 ultrawide resolution?
A4: All MST Hubs can support ultrawide resolutions like 21:9 or 32:9. However, our current examples use 16:9 resolution. It's important to note that 21:9 and 32:9 resolutions require a higher bandwidth compared to 16:9.
Since the total bandwidth of an MST Hub remains constant, the maximum supported resolution and number of connected monitors will vary depending on the bandwidth required by each monitor. For example, with a DP 1.2 connection, an MST Hub can support four 1080p monitors. if you use displays with a resolution of 2560x1080, the maximum number of supported monitors would decrease to three.
Upgrading to DP 1.4, which offers a higher bandwidth than DP 1.2, would allow the MST hub to support four monitors with a resolution of 2560x1080.
