At SIIG, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing a clear and transparent experience. This policy applies only to purchases made directly through the SIIG Online Store (www.siig.com). If you purchased SIIG products through a reseller, distributor, or other online retailers besides siig.com, please contact the original seller to handle your return.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

To maintain our ultra-fast automated fulfillment speed, we utilize an "All-or-Nothing" processing system.

  • The 60-Minute Grace Period: Full refunds are available if requested within one (1) hour of purchase.
  • Late Cancellations (After 60 minutes): Our team will make every effort to help stop your order before it enters the final shipping stage.
  • If Interception is Successful: A 5% administrative fee will be deducted from your refund, but original shipping charges will be refunded.
  • How to Proceed: If you want to continue the cancellation, please fill this form (https://siig.com/pages/order-cancellation). Submit an RMA Request Form (https://siig.com/pages/return-rma)
  • No Partial Cancellations: We cannot cancel individual items within an order. The entire order must be canceled and replaced if changes are needed.

2. Refused or Rejected Shipments

If a shipment is refused or rejected at the time of delivery (except due to shipping damage):

 

A 5% administrative fee and the original shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund.

 

Required Action: You must submit an RMA Request Form (see Section 5) after rejecting the shipment to initiate the refund process.

Administrative Fee Deduction Notice

Please be advised that the 5% administrative fee is not reflected as a separate item on your original sales invoice.

How the Fee is Applied:

The 5% administrative fee is calculated based on policy the total order value. This amount will be automatically deducted from your total refund at the time of processing. This fee covers non-recoverable merchant service charges and credit card processing fees incurred by SIIG during the original transaction.

4. Return Eligibility (45-Day Return Window)

Products may be returned within 45 days from the invoice date.

 

Items must be in good condition with all original accessories, cables, manuals, and packaging.

 

Shipping Finality: Unless due to a proven SIIG error or defective product, all shipping charges are non-refundable, and SIIG is not responsible for the return shipping fees.

5. RMA Process

Step 1 – Submit an RMA Request form (https://siig.com/pages/return-rma) : Complete the form and select the appropriate reason. This step is required for both standard returns and rejected shipments to initiate processing. An RMA number will be emailed within 48 hours of request approval.

 

Step 2 – Return the Product: Pack securely and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the carton.

6. Terms & Warranty

Two-Year Warranty: Most SIIG products are covered by a limited two (2) year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use from the date of purchase. Warranty terms may vary by product (please refer to packaging for details); If you have any questions, please submit [Support form].

 

Policy Discretion: SIIG reserves the right to modify or change this policy at its discretion at any time without prior notice.
