SIIG Cancel Order, Return, Refund & Warranty Policy
At SIIG, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing a clear, fair, and transparent return and refund experience for our customers.
This policy applies only to purchases made directly through the SIIG Online Store (www.siig.com). Purchases made through resellers, distributors, or third-party marketplaces are subject to the return policies of those sellers.
1. Order Cancellation
Step – Submit a Sales Inquiry Form
Complete the sales inquiry form and select “Cancel the order” under Reason for inquiry. You can cancel the order that haven't entered the shipping process. Our team will review your application and provide an update via email within 48 business hours.
2. Return Eligibility (45-Day Return Window)
● Products purchased directly from siig.com may be returned within 45 days from the invoice date.
● Returned items must be:
○ In good condition
○ Include all original accessories, cables, manuals, and packaging
If your SIIG product was purchased through a reseller or online marketplace (Amazon, CDW, Insight, etc.), please contact the original seller to initiate a return. SIIG cannot process refunds for purchases not made directly through our online store.
3. Refund Method & Processing Time
● Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
● Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
● All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). SIIG is not responsible for currency exchange rate differences.
Please note:
● Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective product or a SIIG shipping error.
● No restocking fees are charged
4. Return Shipping Responsibility
● Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
○ The product is defective, or
○ The return is the direct result of a SIIG error
● SIIG does not reimburse shipping costs for returns outside of these conditions.
● We do not provide prepaid return labels for standard refunds.
5. How to Request a Return, Refund (RMA Process)
Step 1 – Submit an RMA Request
Complete the RMA request form and select “Refund” under Product and Reference Information.
An RMA number will be emailed within 48 hours of request approval.
Step 2 – Return the Product
When shipping your return:
● Pack the product securely with all original contents
● Include a copy of your SIIG online store receipt
● Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton
Returns without a visible RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender.

5. Two-Year Limited Warranty
All SIIG products include a two-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
During the warranty period, SIIG will repair or replace the product at its discretion.
