Need to Know Before Buying

1.Please confirm your computer’s USB-C port supports Thunderbolt 3 and DP Alt Mode (check on manual of computer) and ensure it supports the resolutions and refresh rates you want
*Note: Compliant with mac^® M1, M2, M3 Pro, & Max systems for single extend video output

2. Check the extended display/monitor resolution that supports 4K @60Hz and has Thunderbolt 3 and DisplayPort 1.2 ports

3. Thunderbolt 3, USB-C 10Gbps, USB-A 10Gbps and USB-A 5Gbps icons on certified products and cables

4. Check your USB-C port or cable with Power Delivery 3.0, then it can handle up to 60W and will go to 100W using a full-featured USB Type-C

5. If you are using a DP to HDMI cable or adapter, please make sure it has "Active" word on it. Passive products without "Active" are used for DP dual mode signals
