SIIG Shipping Policy

At SIIG, we process and ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays listed below. All orders placed will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Please note that any order pending special credit card authorization or verification may result in shipping delays.

SIIG offers Standard Shipping and Express Shipping options. For detailed delivery services and any applicable exceptions, please refer to UPS.com or FedEx.com. SIIG is not responsible for shipping delays caused by service carriers.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Standard Shipping

• Orders using Ground Shipping will be processed and shipped the next business day.
• Delivery via Ground service typically takes 5 to 7 business days to the continental U.S. (48 states).
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii require Express Shipping.

Express Shipping

• We offer 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air services during regular business days to expedite shipping.
• Orders placed with expedited service will be shipped the next business day. If placed before 12:00 PM PST during regular business days, we will make efforts to ship the same day.

International Shipping

International Orders

• We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on the destination and the shipping method chosen.
• International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees that are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These additional charges are the customer’s responsibility.
• Any delays caused by customs clearance processes or other international shipping issues are beyond SIIG’s control.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided for international orders is accurate, as SIIG is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
