Need to Know Before Buying
1. Please confirm your computer is USB-C that supports DP Alt mode or Thunderbolt 3 and supports Multi-Stream Transport (MST) technology. If not, please check on the manual of the computer
*Note:
- Not all USB-C ports/systems support DP Alt Mode functionality
- Compliant with mac® M1, M2, M3 Pro, & Max systems for single extend video output and Mirror mode only
2. Check the extended displays/monitors have a DisplayPort and HDMI port. If you are not sure, please check with the manual of the monitor
*Note: If you use a 4K monitor to display in 1080p, there is a possibility that the link still gets 4K bandwidth and reduces the overall bandwidth for the other displays
3. Install the latest drivers for your video card. Go directly to the system/video card manufacturer or chipset owners, such as AMD, Nvidia, or Intel, to find the latest driver
4. The computer and power adapter must support PD 3.0 specification, otherwise the dock will reset when power delivery is disconnected and please check your cable with power delivery, then it can handle up to 100W
5. To connect HDMI, DVI, or VGA monitor to our USB-C MST Video, please use ACTIVE converter
