Need to Know Before Buying

1.Please confirm your computer’s USB-C port supports Thunderbolt 3 and DP Alt Mode (check on manual of computer) and ensure it supports the resolutions and refresh rates you want



2. Check the extended display/monitor resolution:
Thunderbolt 3 supports 8K 30Hz / 4K 144Hz; USB-C Alt mode supports 4K@60Hz



3. Thunderbolt 3, DisplayPort 1.4. USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A icons on certified products and cables

4. Check your USB-C port or cable with Power Delivery, then it can handle up to 60W and will go to 100W using a full-featured USB Type-C



5. If you are using a DP to HDMI cable or adapter, please make sure it has "Active" word on it. Passive products without "Active" are used for DP dual mode signals
