The product is design for LAN use, so the TTL value cannot be changed. Therefore, it cannot cross a router.
The CE-H27511-S1 can only support HDMI input then become the IP protocol output, it can not reverse. The HDMI out just can loop-out the video from HDMI in, it can't decode the RTSP or others IP protocol
