Q: The adapter's LED is not lit when plugged into a power outlet.

Solution:

The adapter is defective. Unfortunately, the adapter is not repairable.  Return the product to your place of purchase if you are within the store's return window or return the product to SIIG if the manufacturer warranty is still valid.
