Description:

1. Adapter card not recognized by Windows.
2. Error code or yellow mark on device manager.
3. COM port not responding.
4. Computer can not boot when card is installed.
Solution:
Try the troubleshooting tips below in the order that they appear to fix your issue.
1. Move the card to a different slot.
2. Check the cable connection for tightness.
3. Download the new driver from SIIG website and re-install the drivers.
If this issue is still the same then maybe this product is a defective product. Please return it where you purchased it from.
