Q: RS-232 to Bluetooth adapter won't connect to RS-232 devices

- RS-232 Serial to Bluetooth Adapter (ID-SB0111-S1)
Description:
My RS-232 devices are not connecting to the Bluetooth adapter.
Solution:
1) First check the connections between 2 PCs, one with built in bluetooth function, another one with RS-232 Serial to Bluetooth Adapter connected to it. (Note: Make sure the configuration of the RS-232 Serial to Bluetooth Adapter is as follows: Role=Slave and Dip switch=DCE(F) [baud, parity,stop vaules are same as your RS-232 devices]
2) PC bluetooth will show 2 COM ports, if the bluetooth connection can't be established, try to connect through another COM port.
3) If the connection between 2 PCs works well, then change the connection to RS-232 Serial to Bluetooth Adapter to RS-232 devices. (Note: Please don't forget to change dip switch of the Bluetooth adapter to DTE)
