Q: Pairing the Keyboard to the USB Wireless Dongle

Applies to the following product:

Wireless Slim-Duo Keyboard and Mouse - (JK-WR0S12-S1)
Wireless Extra-Duo Keyboard and Mouse - (JK-WR0T12-S1)

Description:

The mouse is working but the keyboard is not working, is there anything I can do to fix the keyboard?

Solution:
The keyboard may not be linked to the wireless dongle. Try the pairing steps below.

Pairing Method 1:

1. Remove the batteries from the keyboard.

2. Remove then re-insert the USB wireless dongle from the computer's USB port.

3. Install the batteries into the keyboard.

4. Press ESC + K on the keyboard.

5. Test the keyboard.

6. Try steps 1-5 several more times.

7. The keyboard is defective if the pairing steps do not fix the issue.

Pairing Method 2:

1. Remove the batteries from the keyboard.

2. Remove then re-insert the USB wireless dongle from the computer's USB port.

3. Install the batteries into the keyboard.

4. Press ESC + Q + K on the keyboard.

5. Test the keyboard.

6. Try steps 1-5 several more times.

7. The keyboard is defective if the pairing steps do not fix the issue.
