Q: Mouse cursor slow to respond or starts and stops

Solution:
This issue may be related to poor signal between the wireless dongle and the keyboard. Please follow the troubleshooting tips below:
1. Replace the keyboard's batteries.
2. Point the keyboard in the direction of the wireless dongle when in use.
3. Move the wireless dongle to a different USB port.
4. Make sure no devices are blocking the dongle.
