Solution:
Update the firmware.
1. Make sure your firewall and virus scan are not blocking this product.
2. Click link below to download the updated firmware v2.-068

How to update the firmware.
Make sure to save the updated firmware to your Desktop and dis-connect the device from the USB over IP.
1. Open USB Server application.
2. Click View.
3. Click Show Devices Only (0) to uncheck it.
4. Right click Network USB Server M1 8022E8…, then choose Server Configurations.
5. Click Update Firmware.
6. Click Desktop, double click on Update USB Server_2_068_00.bin.
7. Click OK to complete the update.
To verify successful update.
1. Open USB Server application.
2. Click View.
3. Click Show Devices Only (0) to uncheck it.
4. Right click Network USB Server M1 8022E8…, then choose Open Web Page.
