Q: It will not switch to the other PC when using hotkey

Applies to the Following Product:

 2x1 USB HDMI KVM Switch (CE-KV0011-S1)

Description:

It will not switch to the other PC when using hotkey on the keyboard

Solution:

Do not pause pressing the keys when switching system. You need to press the keys continously.  The hardware version is listed on the bottom of the KVM switch box. It is listed as V1.0 or V2.0.

For Hardware version 1 (V1.0):

Press Scroll, Scroll, then press 1 to switch to PC 1
Press Scroll, Scroll, then press 2 to switch to PC 2

For Hardware version 2 (V2.0):

Press Caps Lock, Caps Lock, then press 1 to switch to PC 1
Press Caps Lock, Caps Lock, then press 1 to switch to PC 2
