How to find firmware version of SIIG's USB 3.0 hub

Applies to the Following Products:

- SuperSpeed USB 3.0 7-port Hub (JU-H70112-S1)

- USB 3.0 and 2.0 7-Port Hub (JU-H70212-S1)

- USB 3.0 4-port Hub (JU-H40512-S1)

- SuperSpeed USB 3.0 4-port Bay Hub (JU-H40212-S1)

Solution:

1. Plug the hub into any USB 3.0 port of the computer.

2. Go to Device Manager.

3. Double click Universal Serial Bus controllers category.

4. Right click on Renesas Electronics USB 3.0 Hub.

5. Click on Properties.

6. Click the Details tab.

7. In the drop down box under Property, select Hardware ID.

8. The last 4 digits on the line is the firmware version.
