We value your satisfaction with our products and want to ensure a smooth and transparent process for returns and refunds. The following policy explains our return and refund procedures.


Return Policy

1. 45-Day Return Period
We offer a 45-day return period for refunds, starting from the date of your invoice for online orders placed at www.siig.com.

If you purchased SIIG products through a reseller, distributor, or other online retailers besides siig.com, please contact the original seller to handle your return. SIIG does not process credit returns for purchases not made directly on siig.com.

2. Effective Date for PayPal Orders
For orders placed after November 1, 2019, we may charge a fee for canceled or returned orders if the original payment was made through PayPal.


How Will I Be Refunded?

After receiving your returned product, we will issue the credit to your original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • Unless the product is defective, or the return is the direct result of an error by SIIG, the original shipping fees will not be refunded.
  • We do not charge a restocking fee.
  • All transactions are processed in US dollars. SIIG is not responsible for any differences in currency exchange rates.

SIIG Responsibility for Return Shipping

Unless the product is defective, or the return is a direct result of a SIIG error, the original shipping fees will not be refunded. We are not responsible for the cost of shipping to send products back to SIIG. We do not charge a restocking fee.


How Do I Request a Refund?

Step 1: Submit an RMA
To initiate a refund, fill out the RMA form here, and select "Refund" under the “Product and Reference Information” section. An RMA number will be sent to your email within 48 hours of receiving your request.

Step 2: Ship the Product Back to SIIG
Once you receive your RMA number, follow the steps below to return the product:

  • Properly pack the product, including all software, cables, and accessories that were part of the original package.
  • Include a copy of the original SIIG online store sales receipt. Refunds will not be processed without the sales receipt.
  • Clearly write your RMA number received in that email on the top of the returned package. SIIG will refuse to accept any shipping package and will not be responsible for a product returned without an RMA number posted on the outside of the shipping carton.
